We started this chorus in May, 2007 and officially received our Charter on January 8, 2008. We chartered with 39 members.

In the words of Pat Levesu, Sweet Adelines International President: "On behalf of the International Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you and the Pride of the Pacific Chorus to Sweet Adelines International. You are now a part of an organization that not only teaches and performs music in the barbershop style but also nurtures friendship, love and harmony that reaches far beyond rehearsals and performances.

Sweet Adelines International offers a variety of educational opportunities such as arranging, judging, faculty, director education and leadership education to our members. We encourage our membership to become familiar with all of these programs to continually expand their knowledge about the overall organization and the barbershop art form.
